Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We provide free shipping for all apparel. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

We DO NOT offer international shipping

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
